Shirley Richardson

Shirley Richardson, a native of Miami, is the co-founder and executive director of the company. She has also directed and performed In many of the company's productions. Additionally, she Is a substance abuse prevention specialist with the Miami-Dade Office of Rehabilitative Services, where she won the Employee of the year Award in 1991. Richardson graduated from the University of Miami with a bachelor of fine arts degree In theatre.
